Job Description:
Baily’s Hyperformance is a nationally recognized Dodge performance and race facility known for building record-setting vehicles. We are seeking a highly motivated High Performance Technician to join our elite race team. This position involves hands-on work with high-horsepower Mopars, including Scat Packs, Hellcats, Demons, TRXs, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Tear down and build performance vehicles using aftermarket parts
- Install components such as superchargers, turbo kits, fuel systems, camshafts, and supporting mods
- Perform head swaps, engine upgrades, and custom configurations
- Follow pre-set build plans with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and uphold shop standards
- Be coachable and follow established procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an automotive shop environment
- Familiarity with Dodge/Mopar platforms and HEMI engine performance
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Must own personal hand tools (advanced tools recommended)
- Fabrication or wiring experience is a plus but not required
Important Requirement:
Due to the proprietary nature of our work and relationships with manufacturers, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required upon hiring.
Pay and Schedule:
- Starting at $15 - $30/hr, with rate based on experience and skill level
- 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday), 10-hour shifts
- Room for growth within a nationally respected race and development facility
