As a Poolside Server, you are responsible for providing our members with high-quality beverage and food service at our pool.

Primary Duties

Create a custom Member experience by delivering engaging, happy and upbeat hospitality.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of the poolside menu, including daily features and specials, and knowledge of all various liquors, beer, and wines available at the Club.

Create a great service experience by being attentive and timely in members needs for service and respond quickly to member needs.

Also maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area and other workstations

Comply with all safety and health department procedures and state and federal liquor laws.

Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities.

Must be 18 years of age or older

There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours.

Evening and weekends shifts required.

Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day as needed.

Frequently work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.

The person in this position constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
