Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Enter and update information in spreadsheets and company systems
- Prepare basic reports and documents
- Respond to customer requests and email in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized filing system and office records
- Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and spreadsheet experience required
- Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast past office environment
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
