Responsibilities Include
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating effective conflict management strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Utilize data analysis tools like Excel or HR analytics platforms for HR data collection, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Skills Include
- Experience in human capital management and human resources management across diverse organizational settings.
- Proven ability in change management, project management, and implementing HR initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, benefits administration, and legal compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; adept at social media management for employer branding efforts.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Taleo or iCIMS; skilled in data collection and analysis for strategic planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies using ATS platforms like Lever or Workday; experienced in administrative tasks including data entry and contract management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $81,904.00 - $106,866.00 per year
