Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.

Enter, verify, and maintain accurate financial records.

Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively, including formulas, IF statements, and data analysis to support accounting functions.

Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Process biweekly payroll while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.

Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.

Support recruiting and hiring activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing employment paperwork.

Provide general administrative support across the office, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or HR support role.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.

Previous experience supporting payroll and human resources functions is highly preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and IF statements.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
