Milestone Addiction Treatment is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to observe and monitor patients in treatment and reporting duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in recovery from Substance Abuse.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Knowledgable of all stages of treatment, relapse, and recovery
- Scheduling Flexibility
- Ability to AMA Block
- Ability to complete intake paperwork
- Observe medications and perform routine audits and room searches
- Perform randomized and scheduled UDS's and Breathalyzers
- Understand and follow all State and Federal HIPPA Laws
- Remains calm under pressure
- Oversee cleanliness of properties
- Ensuring client safety - including, but not limited to having crisis intervention training and reporting all potential hazardous situations
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Completing tasks as requested by assigned Supervisor
Qualifications
- Experience or education in behavioral health, special education, or related fields is preferred.
- Clean driving record and must be licensed for 4+ years
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards is essential.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs is highly valued.
- Skills in crisis intervention and patient care are necessary for success in this role.
- Experience in research data collection or addiction counseling is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
