Customer Service Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cash management.
- Provide pricing information as required
- Attend team meetings and client training seminars
- Help the sales team acquire new customers
- Track customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Drive sales
Customer Service Sales Associate Skills
- Proven experience in retail, sales or customer support
- Able to coordinate well with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to effectively process customer enrollment
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers in productive conversations
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to learn new skills and grow with our team
