As a Physical Therapist, you will:
-
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
-
Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
-
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
-
Supervise and support therapy aides, PTAs, and students, as applicable.
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
-
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
-
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active California PT License in good standing.

Current CPR Certification.

Current TB clearance.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active California PT License in good standing.

Current CPR Certification.
