Fastest Labs of NW Phoenix is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Specimen Collector to join our growing team. As a small business, we value employees who are adaptable, dependable, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
This position may require working at multiple locations, including Chandler, NW Phoenix, and Central Phoenix.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collect specimens in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner
- Accurately label, document, and prepare samples for testing
- Follow all specimen collection, handling, and chain-of-custody procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Assist with basic administrative duties, data entry, and scheduling as needed
- Support team operations across multiple locations when required
Qualifications
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred
- Experience in a clinical, medical, or healthcare setting is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with a diverse client base
