The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of International SOS's facility in San Antonio. This role involves coordinating building services, overseeing vendors, supporting office infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Facilities Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure that the work environment remains secure, efficient, and supportive of business operations.

- Oversee daily building operations including maintenance, janitorial services, general repairs, and security, and safety systems.

Manage service contracts and vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of facility services.

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Respond to emergency maintenance issues and act as the point of contact for after-hours incidents.

Assist with office logistics, including moves, furniture setup, supply management, and deliveries.

Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams to support operational needs related to the facility.

Lead and mentor a team of receptionists and technicians.

Support the planning and execution of small-scale facility upgrades or workspace changes.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance certifications.

Support emergency preparedness and response planning for facility-related incidents.

Coordinate compliance with OSHA standards, fire codes, and internal safety policies.

Monitor and track the facilities budget; identify cost-saving opportunities
