Essential Duties:
- Perform routine rounds, meter readings, visual inspections, and checklist-based operating tasks.
- Support the operation and monitoring of RO, UF, NF, and related water filtration systems.
- Monitor tanks, pumps, hoses, valves, filters, membranes, and related process equipment.
- Collect samples and perform basic water testing related to TDS, salinity, and water quality.
- Record process readings, membrane performance data, and filtration efficiency information accurately.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of filtration equipment, high-pressure systems, leaks, alarms, or abnormal operating conditions.
- Follow SOP-driven processes, safety requirements, and documentation procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, shift notes, work requests, and field reports.
- Escalate safety, equipment, or process concerns promptly to senior operators or leadership.
- Must be open to travel, extended rotations, and remote assignments depending on business needs.
Requirements:
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- EXPERIENCE: 3-7 years’ experience
- TRAVEL: Varies depending on job site
- OTHER:
- Basic mechanical aptitude with pumps, valves, hoses, piping, strainers, pressure, flow, and level control.
- Ability to read gauges, local indicators, and basic control-panel or HMI information.
- Strong attention to detail when completing rounds, logs, sample labels, and shift documentation.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions early, and take coaching well.
- Ability to recognize urgent abnormalities and communicate issues clearly.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment, chemicals, water treatment systems, and outdoor operating conditions.
