Job Duties:
- Accurately records information such as name, addresses, and article to be repaired, or service to be rendered
- Communicates with customers regarding status changes in work orders
- Sets proper service level expectations with customers
- Prepares work orders
- Cross-sells upgrade parts to service customers when opportunity is presented
- Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service
- Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc

Helpful Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication
- Knowledge of automotive services such as tire service, air brakes, oil changes, alignments and general mechanical knowledge
- Experience in automotive and automotive parts sales
- Familiarity with auto body repair

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
