Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day execution of multiple residential remodeling projects
- Act as the primary communication hub between the client, lead carpenter, subs, and the design/sales team
- Build and manage project schedules and update as needed
- Oversee jobsite performance and problem-solve on the fly
- Ensure job costs stay aligned with budget
- Walk jobs for quality control and ensure punchlist and final details meet standards
- Manage project documentation using JobTread and internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or project management
- Solid understanding of remodeling workflows, permits, and trades
- Proficiency with project management software (JobTread experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and using cloud-based communication tools
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and carry materials when needed
