Acura of Modesto is looking for a friendly person to assist our Service Department in creating an amazing dealership experience. The Service Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for answering phones in the Service Department, scheduling appointments, calling and confirming online appointments, customer outreach for promotions and return services, helping set up customer vehicle rentals, and other tasks related to providing the best dealership experience our customers have ever had. These other tasks may include preparing customer vehicles for service work, pulling customer vehicles up front, and assisting the Sales Department with their service needs.
We are looking for a bilingual team member that is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced dealership environment. The applicant must be able to multi task and handle daily changes with understanding and patience. The job is Monday - Friday and will be 40 hours.
