Administrative Assistant- G4 Construction Equipment
Position Summary
G4 Construction Equipment is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Create and manage service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and assist with general office correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of rental equipment and customer rentals.
- Order office, shop, and facility supplies as needed.
- Pick up supplies and materials when required.
Customer Service
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Provide general support to customers and assist with administrative requests.
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
- Assist with maintaining the company's social media presence.
- Create decals and basic marketing materials as needed.
Office & Showroom Maintenance
- Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
- Turn on televisions and prepare showroom displays each day.
- Make coffee for customers and staff.
- Clean, organize, and restock the coffee and refreshment area.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with email communication and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and social media content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Skills
- Previous administrative or office support experience.
- Basic marketing and social media management experience.
- Experience in the construction, equipment rental, or service industry is a plus.
Work Environment
This position involves a combination of office administration, customer interaction, showroom organization, social media management, and general support duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and willing to assist wherever needed to help G4 Construction Equipment provide outstanding service to its customers.
Position Type
- Full-Time, Part-time
- Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
