The Education Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the effective implementation of curriculum, school readiness practices, classroom management strategies, and child assessment systems throughout the Head Start program. The Specialist provides mentoring and technical assistance to education staff to enhance instructional quality and improve child outcomes. This position follows all local, state, and national laws in relation to child abuse and neglect reporting and investigation.
Requirements
Associates degree with at least 9 college credit hours in early childhood education. Previous experience with early childhood education is preferred. This position is subject to random drug screening and background checks.
