Pack N' Go Movers is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Student Housing Move-In Teams during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.
Every August, we help thousands of college students move into apartments and residence halls. As part of our team, you'll work alongside great people, stay active, and play an important role in creating a smooth move-in experience for students and their families.

What You'll Do
As a Student Move-In Specialist, you'll serve as one of the first people students and families interact with on move-in day. Your professionalism, energy, and positive attitude help create an organized and welcoming experience.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting students and families with a friendly attitude
- Assisting with unloading vehicles
- Loading belongings into large rolling move carts (gondolas)
- Transporting items through student housing communities using sidewalks, elevators, and hallways
- Delivering belongings directly to student rooms
- Returning to staging areas to assist the next family
- Working efficiently alongside a large team to keep move-in operations running smoothly
- Representing Pack N' Go Movers with professionalism at all times

Compensation
Typical Earnings: $300–$400+ per day
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
In addition to hourly pay, team members may also receive:

Requirements
We're looking for applicants who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Can safely lift 75–100 pounds as needed
- Enjoy physical, hands-on work
- Have reliable transportation to assigned project locations
- Are dependable and punctual
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Provide excellent customer service
- Can pass a background check if required by the client or property
Previous moving, warehouse, event staffing, or labor experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training for motivated individuals.
