Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled construction professional with experience across multiple trades. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship, willing to work hard, and interested in growth within our team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Drywall installation, taping, and finishing
- Painting (walls, ceilings, surface preparation)
- Framing (wood and metal studs)
- Trim carpentry (baseboards, doors, casing, cabinet installation — including coping/mitering)
- Tile installation (walls, floors, mud-set showers)
- Concrete work (preparation, pouring, finishing)
- Suspended ceilings
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, understanding instructions)
- Valid Social Security Number (SSN)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Own hand and power tools
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable construction experience
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
- Window and door installation
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience
- Cabinet installation
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts
Work Location:
- Mount Prospect, IL 60056 (required)
- Relocation to Mount Prospect before starting work (preferred)
