Current TX OT license required if applicable

2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana and CBD products — a positive result results in automatic dismissal with no exceptions

Candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive drug screen result prior to and upon arrival onsite, including CBD products
