We are looking for a high-energy, team-oriented Food Runner / Busser to join our front-of-house team. You are the backbone of our floor operations and the ultimate support system for our bartending team. Your main mission is simple: keep the restaurant moving at a smooth, lightning-fast pace, ensure food hits tables piping hot, and maintain a spotless, welcoming environment for our guests.
If you thrive in a bustling, high-volume environment, love staying active, and want to learn the ropes of hospitality from a passionate team, we want to hear from you.
Deliver the Goods: Promptly and accurately transport dishes from the kitchen line to guest tables, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Support the Team: Work hand-in-hand with our bartenders and hosts to streamline guest service, handle special requests, and communicate table statuses.
Flip & Reset: Clear, clean, and sanitize tables efficiently as soon as guests leave so the host team can keep seating arrivals without a hitch.
Maintain the Vibe: Keep service stations, the dining area, and outdoor spaces stocked, clean, and completely organized throughout your shift (silverware polishing, ice restocking, tray clearing).
Pre-Bust on the Fly: Proactively remove empty glassware, plates, and trash from active tables to ensure guests always have a clean, comfortable space.
The Pace Maker: Ability to maintain a high level of energy, speed, and focus during busy weekend shifts and peak hours.
Team Player Mindset: A positive "how can I help?" attitude. You naturally look for ways to support your coworkers when things get hectic.
Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things—a stray napkin on the floor, a water glass that needs a refill, or an unpolished fork.
Strong Communicator: Ability to clearly pass messages between the kitchen expo and front-of-house team.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Competitive hourly wage + tip share.
Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.
Discounts on delicious food and beverages.
A fun, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
Growth Potential: We love promoting from within! This is a fantastic stepping stone to becoming a bartender, host, or moving into shift leadership.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay on your feet for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
Comfortable lifting, carrying, and balancing heavy trays of food and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes navigating indoor dining areas and outdoor patio spaces seamlessly.
