TITLE: Temporary Guest Services Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Guest Services
CAMPUS: Vacaville/Central
HOURS: Part-Time, approximately 10 hours per week
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
The Guest Services Administrator shall be responsible for assisting the Guest Services Director with team administration and scheduling through Planning Center. This position also provides support to volunteer teams during one weekend service each week.
QUALIFICATIONS (at the time of hire)
- 2-5 years of administrative leadership experience organizing, working with, and leading teams and volunteers.
- Actively lives-out the Core Values and Mission of The Father’s House and has the ability to significantly build positive culture within and around Guest Services Teams.
- Knowledge of Planning Center program and command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to handle conflict management or guest issues and complaints with grace.
- Must be a current TFH member.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to the Guest Services Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the administrative modification and maintenance of Guest Services team structure and the roles of team members at all campuses through Planning Center. (5 hours weekly)
- Be “boots on the ground” for at least one weekend service (as determined by the guest services director) to help support volunteer leaders. (2-4 hours on weekends)
- Work with Guest Services Director in the oversight and ongoing supervision of Team Captains, Team Leads, and Team Members in their designated roles.
- Works with internal and external parties to initiate and assist as needed with TFH sanctioned conferences and events.
