Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Promote retail sales by explaining product features, benefits, and available financial solutions
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills, including 10 key typing and cash drawer management
- Support retail lending activities by understanding basic loan processes, collections, and documentation requirements
- Enter customer data efficiently into financial software systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and transaction processing
- Handle inquiries related to banking or financial services with professionalism and clarity
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store environment to ensure a welcoming shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and processing payments accurately
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software is advantageous
- Knowledge of banking or financial services concepts such as loan processing or collections is a plus
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated reliability in cash handling, cash management, and cashiering responsibilities

Pay: $22.30 - $26.86 per hour
