Seas Greens is a certified organic microgreens farm based in Vista, CA. We grow nutrient-dense, living microgreens in soil using sustainable methods. Our mission is to promote health, flavor, and conscious farming while suppling San Diego’s top chefs with premier product and showing up with intention at the best local farmers markets.
About the Role:
I’m looking for a high-energy, health-minded brand ambassador / salesperson to represent our farm at the weekend farmers' markets. You’ll engage with customers, and make microgreens sales. This is an active, face-to-face role, and a great fit for someone who embodies wellness, loves food, and enjoys people.
Key Details:
- Schedule: Saturdays, 6am–2pm (8 hours)
- Pay: $20–21.50/hour, depending on experience
- Location: Meet at the farm in Vista, then drive to a market in Temecula, Laguna Beach, or Leucadia.
Who You Are:
- Friendly, physically active, and passionate about healthy food
- Have your own mid sized vehicle to drive to the market
- Presentable, positive, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Able to lift and set up an 85lb tent and stand on your feet for 4 hours
- Ideally someone with customer service, hospitality, fitness, or food experience
- Bonus if you’re into organic food, farming, or the San Diego culinary scene
What You’ll Do:
- Setting up and breaking down a 10x10 booth
- Engaging and educating customers regarding our microgreens and farm practices
- Processing payments using Square POS
- Keeping the booth clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Selling microgreens and servicing customers
