Position Overview:
As a Lane Attendant, you’ll help create a great experience for our guests by keeping lanes clean, organized, and ready for play. You’ll assist with setup, interact with customers, and make sure everything on the lanes runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset lanes for new guests promptly and efficiently
- Assist guests with lane setup, scoring systems, and general questions
- Provide friendly, upbeat customer service throughout each visit
- Maintain cleanliness in and around the lanes and guest areas
- Support team members with light cleaning and other general duties as needed
