About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and working as part of a team. Our baristas are the heart of our cafe- crafting exceptional drinks, creating genuine connections with cusomers, and helping maintain a welcoming and efficient shop enviroment.
This is a part time position with flexible scheduling, but open availability is required. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and excited to contributed to the continued growth and success of our cafe.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality drinks and food items.
- Provide warm and attentive customer service and build relationships with regulars.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Restock cafe supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth operations.
- Uphold shop standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience required
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and drink building preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a face paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skilss.
- Relikable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Open availability required (mornings, evenings, weekends)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
