Looking for home care PT work in Hartford County without spending your entire day driving?
Solvara Partner Services is expanding our Hartford County coverage, and we're looking for Physical Therapists who want a consistent caseload, flexible schedule, and patients concentrated within a manageable territory.
Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or simply want to add a few patients per week close to home, we'd like to talk.

You don't have to leave your current position to talk with us. If you have room in your schedule for 5–10 additional visits per week in Hartford County, we may be able to build a caseload around your availability.
And if you're ready for a change and looking for something full-time, we have opportunities for that as well.
What we're looking for
- Connecticut-licensed Physical Therapist
- Home health/home care experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently in the home setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, responsive, and committed to quality patient care
