We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Delivery Driver/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Our products include mobility aids, scooters, powered wheelchairs, hospital beds, and bathroom safety equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, some technical proficiency (we will provide training) and a passion for helping others, ensuring that each customer receives personalized attention and support.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver medical products, Hospital beds, Lift chairs, scooters, and wheelchairs to customers homes.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales solutions and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform maintenance and service on products as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a mantenance and or delivery role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
