What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our Access Control & Gate Automation team, you’ll install and service motorized gates and security access systems for homes, businesses, and industrial sites. Every day brings variety and problem-solving.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Installing gate operators, access control panels, intercoms, and card readers
- Digging, trenching, and running conduit for low-voltage wiring
- Setting posts, goosenecks, and pouring concrete pads
- Operating saws, jackhammers, and mixing equipment as needed
- Reading job layouts and performing precise placements
- Light welding (stick), basic fabrication, and field repairs
- Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues with precision and care

We’re especially interested in folks who:
- Have electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Know basic low-voltage electrical systems (or are willing to learn)
- Have experience trenching, laying conduit, or pulling wire
- Have worked with concrete or demolition tools
- Bring welding (stick) or light fabrication experience
- Understand or are curious about access control systems
What You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record, over 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Responsible use of company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | Start: 7:00 AM at our Red Lion shop
- End time varies (typically ~5:00 PM)
- Company vehicle provided during work hours
- Weekly pay | Steady hours
- Work independently or with a teammate, depending on the job
