Location: This role is based on-site at one of three exciting locations — Jersey City, NJ, Wayne, PA, or our upcoming Washington, D.C. office. While some flexibility exists, this is a team that thrives in person and moves fast together.
Note: Candidates must have 5+ years of federal court FLSA litigation experience with substantive, hands-on case management. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Multi-state admission is a strong plus.

Job Description
- Lead FLSA collective actions and Rule 23 class actions from intake through resolution, managing all phases of federal court litigation
- Conduct fact investigations and client interviews in collaboration with our intake team to build strong, well-developed cases from day one
- Draft and argue pleadings, motions, pretrial submissions, and discovery across multiple jurisdictions
- Take and defend depositions and represent clients at court hearings and oral arguments
- Develop damages models alongside experts and consultants to maximize recovery for clients
- Drive strategic settlement discussions, including mediation and direct negotiation with opposing counsel
- Contribute to firm thought leadership through articles, CLEs, and webinars that raise your profile and the firm's
- Manage a dynamic caseload with urgency and strategic precision, working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
Qualifications
- J.D. with active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multi-state strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of substantive federal court FLSA litigation experience — plaintiff-side or in-house/solo backgrounds welcome for the right candidate
- Demonstrated experience with collective certification, class certification, and class motion practice
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong ability to manage complex caseloads independently while working collaboratively
- Willingness and ability to handle cases nationwide
- Senior-level candidates strongly preferred, particularly those with FLSA depth and federal trial experience
