Ovora is a growing fencing company built on quality craftsmanship and reliable service. We install wood, vinyl, chain-link, ornamental iron, and custom fencing for residential and commercial customers. We take pride in clean installs, on-time completion, and leaving every job site looking better than we found it.
We're expanding and looking for installers who want steady work, fair pay, and a crew that actually takes the craft seriously.
What You'll Do
- Install wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and ornamental fencing from start to finish
- Set posts (manual and power auger), hang panels and pickets, install gates and hardware
- Read job orders and understand property lines, grade changes, and layout
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and occasionally compact equipment (skid steer, mini excavator)
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the project
- Communicate clearly with customers and crew leads on-site
- Load and unload materials; maintain tools and company vehicles
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of fence installation or general construction experience (preferred, not required — we'll train the right person)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina — this is hands-on work involving lifting, digging, and being on your feet all day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to show up on time, every day
- Team player who can also work independently when needed
- Candidates preferably supply their own hand tools and power tools
- (post hole digger, level, circular saw, drill, etc.) This can be negotiated.
