About IAM Radiance
IAM Radiance is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized experiences. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aesthetics and eager to grow with our team.
This position will initially begin as a part-time role (2–3 days per week) with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position as the clinic continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic injections, including Botox®/neurotoxins and dermal fillers, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and outcomes.
- Gain experience and assist with a variety of advanced aesthetic and wellness services, including: Laser Hair Removal, RF Microneedling, IPL, Erbium Laser, and Tattoo Removal
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, aftercare, and long-term maintenance.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships.
- Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, and industry best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Eligible to legally perform aesthetic injections under Washington State regulations.
- Previous aesthetic injecting experience is preferred but not required.
- New injectors are encouraged to apply. We offer a structured training and mentorship program for the right candidate.
- Candidates must complete all required training and obtain authorization to perform injections before independently treating patients.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for aesthetics and continuous learning.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
