Store hours: 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM; shifts vary based on opening/closing duties and store needs

Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off plus one additional day off early in the week
What You'll Do

Lead the team — Support and help manage retail staff, cake decorators, and kitchen team members, holding everyone to our quality and service standards.

Take care of guests — Make sure every customer gets fast, friendly service and leaves happy.

Protect the product — Keep our cakes and baked goods consistent and beautifully presented, from production through display.

Keep operations tight — Handle opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and the day-to-day details that keep the store running.

Stay clean and compliant — Maintain our food safety and cleanliness standards across the store and all work areas.
