Job Title: Manufacturing/Continuous Process Improvement Engineer
Reports to Director of Operations
Kelton IoT Corp, a leading manufacturer of pressure gauges used in Fire and Medical applications, is seeking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean initiatives across production. The primary goal is to drive quality and productivity improvements.
Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement projects, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events, to optimize production cell workflows.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product defects and implement corrective actions.
Analyze current processes and implement new operational efficiency initiatives.
Monitor and report on improvement project status to team members and upper management.
Hands-on role working with mechanical components and assemblies.
Audit Management: maintain ISO 9001 compliance and lead internal quality audits.
Gauge calibration: Oversee calibration standards for precision testing equipment.
Supplier quality: Evaluate vendor components to prevent incoming material defects.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a manufacturing quality or continuous improvement role, ideally as a Continuous Improvement Engineer or similar role. Preferably in a mass production environment.
3+ years of experience in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering
Experience and proficiency in reading and/or creating mechanical CAD drawings
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
Strong project management skills.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Full-time, In-person role located in Rockland Ma.
Pay Range: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
