Location: Wilmer, TX
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Line Leader for our warehouse packing operation. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment and be able to effectively manage team performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.
Training Schedule
All selected candidates must complete a mandatory training period:
- Training Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–4:00 AM
- Duration: 2 weeks
After successful completion of training, the employee will transition to the regular weekend Line Leader schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse packing team members.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure packing lines operate efficiently and meet daily goals.
- Communicate expectations and provide guidance to team members.
- Assist with training new employees.
- Report production issues and work with management to resolve them.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous Line Leader, Team Lead, or related warehouse leadership experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work the required training and weekend schedules.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
