Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based | Crownpoint, NMUp to $95–$105/hr + Housing & Relocation Support
Paradigm Professional Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person school-based services at Crownpoint Community School in Crownpoint, New Mexico under a federal contract with the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE).
This is a highly impactful opportunity supporting Native and underserved student populations in a close-knit school community.
Compensation
- $95–$105/hour
- Housing stipend or housing assistance provided

Position Details
- Location: Crownpoint, NM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Approximate Annual Hours: 1,808
- Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Start Date: August 2026
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Support approximately 30+ students with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain service logs and student documentation
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school administration
- Provide compensatory education services during summer programming
QualificationsRequired
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Speech Language Pathologist License
- New Mexico SLP License (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 5 years of related professional experience
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
Preferred
- School-based experience
- Experience working in rural or underserved communities
- Experience with Native American/Tribal school settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
