We help families, businesses, and real estate professionals clear out unwanted items while prioritizing donation, recycling, and sustainability. Through partnerships with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and DAV, we keep reusable items out of landfills and give them a second life.
As a Lugger, you’re more than a mover, you’re the face of our brand. You’ll work directly with customers, provide on-site estimates, and deliver professional, high-quality experiences from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Arrive on-site, meet clients, and assess their needs
- Provide clear, honest pricing and help customers feel confident about the best solution for their needs
- Safely remove and load items as part of a team
- Deliver a WOW customer experience from first interaction to final walkthrough
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or responsible disposal
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrity

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Daytime shifts with some weekend availability preferred
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service instincts
- Comfortable communicating with customers in a confident and professional manner
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license (must be approved to drive company vehicles)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Active role involving lifting, walking, bending, climbing, and loading items throughout the day

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour
