Welder / Metal Fabricator
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our team. We are a busy fabrication shop that handles a wide variety of custom fabrication, welding, repair, and modification work. - MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Fabricating parts and assemblies from drawings, sketches, measurements, or existing components
- Measuring, laying out, cutting, fitting, and assembling material

- Repair welding and modification work
- Grinding, prepping, and finishing fabricated parts
- Working with a variety of material thicknesses and project sizes
- General shop work and material handling when needed
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Producing accurate, quality work while working efficiently

- Good fitting and fabrication skills
- Ability to work with steel, stainless, and aluminum
- Ability to read drawings and understand basic fabrication layouts
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using common fabrication tools and equipment
- Able to work independently once given a project
- Dependable and punctual
- Takes pride in their work
- Willing to learn and take on different types of jobs
Experience with press brakes, shears, ironworkers, CNC equipment, machining, structural fabrication, automotive work, or heavy equipment repair is a plus.
You don’t need to know everything. We’re willing to train the right person who has a good foundation, mechanical ability, a strong work ethic, and is willing to learn.
If you like building and fixing things and would rather work on a variety of projects than make the same part all day, this may be a good fit.
When applying, please include a brief description of your welding and fabrication experience, including the welding processes and materials you’re comfortable working with.
