Construction Supervisor / Project Supervisor
The Hague Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple active residential construction, renovation, and custom cabinetry projects.
This position requires a highly organized professional who can manage several projects simultaneously, coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams, maintain schedules, and ensure quality workmanship from start to finish. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Contractor and play a key leadership role in daily field operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple active construction and cabinetry projects simultaneously
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, installers, cabinet builders, and delivery personnel
- Monitor project schedules, quality control, and jobsite organization
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and company management
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve field issues as they arise
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
- Assist with material coordination and project logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction
- Previous supervisory or project management experience required
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, remodeling, and residential construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans and construction documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital project management tools
- CNC machine experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn is valued.
