Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Experience Required)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 3 or more years of Nurse Practitioner experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current certification (FNP, ANP, or applicable specialty)
- BLS/ACLS certification (as required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, etc.]
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
