We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both customers and our service department.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Identify and source automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and inventory systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely parts availability
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient
- Provide outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology
- Experience with dealership parts software and inventory systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation
Base pay will be determined based on experience. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on performance and qualifications.
