Tenet Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers for a 13-week contract assignment.
Position Details:
- Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Shift Length: 8.5 Hours
- Hours: 40 Guaranteed Hrs/Week
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Location: San Antonio, TX 78213
- Unit: Case Management
- Pay Rate: $54/hour
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years of RN Case Manager Experience
- Active RN State License
- BLS Certification
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, utilization review, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Immunization Records
- Driver's License or State ID
