At Focus, Inc. our mission is to empower individuals, with or without disabilities, to pursue their goals and take their place in our community.
- Our direct care professionals implement individualized goals focused on enhancing daily living skills both at home and within the community.
- This can be anything from housekeeping skills, to budgeting and shopping to just being able to get out and go bowling or fishing.
Whatever the need, we strive to provide the best care for the individuals we serve. We are here to guide them and live their lives with them. With our services, they are able to live as independently as they can to the best of their ability.

- This job does require lifting or using a stand up lift or swing lift, changing diapers, helping cook and clean, etc. Are you comfortable doing those required job duties?

Jonesboro full time:
10p- 6a Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday
10p-8a Saturdays and Sundays
2p-10p Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday
Jonesboro Part time:
Saturdays and Sundays 8a to 2p and 2p-10p
Paragould Full time:
8a-2p Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday
2p-10p Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday
10p-8a Wednesday through Saturday
10p-6a Sunday through Thursday
Paragould Part time:
Saturdays and Sundays 8a to 2p and 2p to 10p
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2p-8p
