Greet and assist clients as they arrive for Service, initial repair order write-up, contact clients, help with workflow between Advisors and Technicians, drive shuttle as needed. Must have great customer service skills, excellent verbal, writing, organizational and computer skills - CDK/ADP experience and general knowledge of automobiles helpful. Preference given to candidates with experience in a new car dealership environment. Must have a good driving record (no more than 1 ticket). Employee lease reimbursement program available. Fast paced, fun environment. Must be able to work weekdays 8:00 - 5:00 and 7:15 - 500 on Saturdays, will have Sundays and one day off during the week.
