We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who can step directly into a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth and development.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare our signature sandwiches during peak lunch service
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized line for efficient service
- Prep ingredients and backups for the following day
- Handle large catering orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of your station and assist with end-of-day kitchen cleaning
What we’re looking for:
- Prior kitchen/line cook experience in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Passion for food and the restaurant industry
- Must be available Saturdays (closed Sundays and Mondays)
What to expect:
- Busy lunch rush: approximately 200–300 meals served daily (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
- Competitive hourly pay + tips (approx. $6/hour average tips)
