We are seeking a passionate, technically strong Dance Instructor & Choreographer to join our growing faculty. This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys building dancers from the ground up through thoughtful technical training and who is excited to contribute creatively through choreography.

What You'll Do
Instruction
- Teach technical dance classes emphasizing strong foundational training, alignment, strength, flexibility, musicality, and performance quality.
- Foster a positive, encouraging classroom culture while maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Provide individualized feedback to help dancers reach their potential.
Choreography
- Create and rehearse competitive solo routines.
- Collaborate with Artistic Directors on choreography, artistic vision, and dancer development.
- Coach dancers throughout the season to refine performance quality and technical execution.
Growth Opportunities (Optional)

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in Dance, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Arts Education, or a related field; or has equivalent advanced professional conservatory or fine arts training.
- Has a strong technical dance background with exceptional knowledge of ballet, jazz, lyrical/contemporary, or related disciplines.
- Has experience teaching children and teens.
- Is passionate about developing technique—not simply teaching combinations.
- Has choreography experience or a strong interest in creating competitive solos.
- Is reliable, organized, collaborative, and professional.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive, creative team.
Competition and convention experience is preferred.

Schedule: Primarily afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with additional compensation for choreography, based on experience.
Pay: From $32.00 per hour
