Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to support operations at UniverSoul Circus. Staff will assist in various roles including guest services, food service, and general event support. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring professionalism and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Usher / Ticket Taker
- Greet guests and scan/collect tickets
- Guide guests to seating areas
- Maintain crowd flow and assist with guest inquiries
Food Runner / Busser
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher
- Assist with basic food prep and kitchen setup
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Event Cleaner
- Clean and maintain assigned areas before, during, and after events
- Dispose of trash and keep walkways clear
- Support overall venue cleanliness
Security / Crowd Control
- Monitor entrances and exits
- Ensure guest safety and enforce event policies
- Report incidents to supervisors
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and work for long hours
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must follow dress code and maintain professionalism
- Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
