JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain the chrome plating line for production in accordance with work instructions, policies, procedures, safe work practices, and direction from the supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Verify and document amperage settings and report problems

Visually monitor lines watching for malfunctions and conditions detrimental to the plating function

Verify and document temperatures
-
Maintains Hoists: Operation, Transfer Locations, Prox Switches, Light Curtains, Distance sensors, and Estops
-
Responsible for Tank Maintenance: Rinsing down tanks, filling and topping off of tanks, and rinsing down tanks

Rack Maintenance as needed
-
Additional duties with similar responsibilities may be assigned as necessary
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED
-
0-1 years of experience

Self-management

Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to read, write and speak English
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Able to stand/walk for the duration of shift (8+ hours)

Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
