Compensation and Scheduling
Day Shift – $18.80 per hour

Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 6-hour shift
Night Shift – $20.80 per hour

Core Responsibilities-
Oversee and keep track of equipment during the production cycle

Execute necessary adjustments and changeovers for machinery

Resolve minor mechanical malfunctions as they arise

Ensure high standards of product quality and process efficiency are met

Adhere to all established safety protocols to protect the entire team

Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to support operational flow
Candidate Qualifications-
Must be at least 21 years old

Demonstrated mechanical ability

Prior experience in operating industrial machinery
