Shift & Pay
- Day Shift — 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Starting Pay — $14/hr for General Labor
Job Duties:
- Cleaning & Lubricating Equipment — Clean and lubricate machinery; maintain equipment readiness throughout the shift.
- Shop Area Cleaning — Sweep, mop, and keep all work areas free from debris, dirt, and clutter.
- Tool Organization — Put away tools, maintain workstation organization, and ensure safe work conditions.
- General Labor Tasks — Perform any unskilled job at the plant as needed to support production flow.
- Painting Tasks — Assist with painting projects such as touch‑ups, marking areas, or equipment painting.
- Manual Labor Requirements — Stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 45 lbs, and work in typical manufacturing conditions.
- Extra Tasks — Complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor, including cleaning projects, painting, or special tasks.
- End‑of‑Shift Cleanup — Clean workstation, tools, and equipment before leaving for the day.
