We’re looking to add an Account Manager to our Grand Rapids recruiting team. This role is perfect for individuals who love connecting with people, solving problems, and being rewarded for their results.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, and internal systems
- Match candidates to open roles in light industrial and manufacturing settings
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service to job seekers, employees, and clients
- Accurately maintain records and documentation for clients and associates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service
What You Bring
- Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, staffing, or HR is highly preferred
- Backgrounds in retail, restaurant, education, or account management are also a great fit
- Strong communication skills and the desire to understand each client's unique hiring needs to best provide staffing solutions
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Must be able to work on-site at our Grand Rapids office (265 Leonard St NW)

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000+ per year (Base salary + commission + bonus)
